You are invited to embark on an epicurean journey around the Black Sea, exploring vibrant culinary cultures of Georgia, Ukraine, Russia, Turkey, Bulgaria, and Romania. Every dinner will be a beautiful family-style 6-course feast featuring one of the following food destinations:
#1 Jan 26th - Our first culinary destination is Odessa - one of the most vibrant Ukrainian cities. I'll be honoring its diverse culinary heritage with traditional Forshmak, umami Buckwheat and Mushroom soup, and decadent Napoleon cake.
#2 Feb 1st - Moving to Crimea to celebrate Tatar cuisine. The star of the dinner will be Quail Plov made with bomba rice, exotic spices, and tiny quail eggs. It will be accompanied by crispy Chebureki, deep-fried turnovers filled with cheese and herbs, delicious eggplant rolls, and sweet-and-sour tomato salad.
#3 Feb 16th - Turkish dinner will feature a new chef who spent recent years in Istanbul learning Turkish cuisine and culture. Together we'll be treating you with traditional Borek with Feta, Beef Stew with Garbanzo beans, and freshly-baked Simit served with local olive oil and spices.
#4 Feb 22nd - It's time for a real Russian feast with some soviet-ish vibes. You'll be tasting Fried Pelmeni with sour cream and homemade hot ajika sauce, Pirozhki with different stuffing, Kholodez, and Trubochki.
#5 March 1st - This dinner will be featuring the most comforting and delicious dishes from Bulgaria and Romania. That means hearty Cabbage rolls, cheesy Mamaliga balls, housemade pickles, and rich Chocolate-Rose cake.
#6 March 22nd - We'll end our culinary journey with my beloved Georgia. You'll have a chance to taste the most delicious Supra appetizers, marvelous Adjarian Khachapuri, and mysterious Qvevri wine.
