Fish Tales is a dinner series featuring chefs Jason Witzl, Aron Habiger, Aaron Rayor + Sushi Chef Cody Requejo.
We'll be breaking down a whole bluefin tuna on the day of the event. This is a responsibly raised tuna from Ensenada, Mexico.
Omega Blue will be providing this amazing fish and also telling the story of this fish and their farm.
