In a food processor, combine chickpeas, quinoa, red onion, parsley, garlic, smoked paprika lemon juice, Kalamata olives, flour and salt and pepper. Divide the mixture into 8 patties. Firmly press together.
Pan fry the patties over medium-high heat until both sides are browned and crispy, about 3 minutes per side.
In a small mixing bowl, combine yogurt, olive oil, dill, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
Assemble the sliders. Top the bottom bun with burger, yogurt sauce, cucumbers, lettuce, red onion slices, followed by the top bun.
