Coming up on 20 years in the restaurant industry, I've seen a lot of trends come and go. My background in wine has helped me develop an acute sense of smell and taste. My background in fine dining has espoused me to many different spirits, wines, and produce. Now running a smaller more causal family owned restaurant, I have the time and freedom to create new and interesting cocktails. It also allows me to host a multitude of different events and connect with people from all over the globe.
