No Thanksgiving Feast would do without some sort of poultry in attendance. We marinate our chicken in garlic, coriander, and white pepper and roast it to golden perfection.
Served with our Vietnamese Caramel Sauce.
Pineapple Cranberry Sauce

Forget the horrors of cranberry sauce straight outta the can! Oui marry our cranberries with caramelized pineapples and cashews.
Smashed Spiced Potatoes

Smashed Peewee potatoes, tossed in our spicy Banh Oui seasoning and served with our smoked whipped lebneh.
