Ice Cream Extravaganza

In this class we will go over two different ice cream bases. An incredibly simple one, and one slightly more complex but still using common ingredients found at the grocery store. With these bases you can add whatever you want to make your own custom ice cream flavors. You will need a scale, and an ice cream machine, any kind will do.
