This delicious menu is my interpretation of the classic, infamous, Kansas City barbecue! As a Kansas City native myself, this is the BBQ I grew up on. Even my first job was working at Smokestack BBQ, where I remember fondly watching the 20 cubic foot drum smoker churning around, 24 hours a day, smoking baby back ribs and fatty brisket to perfection... *BBQ REQUIRED* Ask about renting our Venice location which has a grill & smoker!

Smoked Brisket or Ribs
Slow smoked to perfection and roasted to be fall apart and succulent. Rubbed with a custom KC style spice blend and glazed with a classic sweet/hot tomato based barbecue sauce. Your choice: Brisket or Pork Ribs.
Succulent Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Delicious and flavorful "boston butt" or pork shoulder, as it's commonly referred to, is slow smoked to perfection. It's then fork shredded and tossed in a tangy apple cider and KC BBQ sauce base. The meat is piled high on soft rolls, topped with coleslaw, for the perfect BBQ sandwich experience.

Just the way my mom taught me to make baked beans. Slow cooked, with chunks of smokey brisket, slab bacon, onions, and jalapeño. Saucey, sweet and a touch spicy!
Spinach Salad

Fresh spinach, tossed in a sweet poppyseed vinaigrette, topped with local farmers market strawberries, crumbled bacon and goat cheese. The perfect complement to rich smoked meats.
Grilled Corn

Grilled corn on the cob, gently smoked in the husk, and served with jalapeño butter and spiced parmesan cheese.
