Belqui

Hi! I'm Belqui, a Dominican-American New Yorker, now living in the very sunny state of Arizona. My passion is sharing my love of Caribbean, Latin and Latin Fusion cuisine. I have been cooking since the ripe old age of 12 so you know I have this cooking thing down! hahaha! Aside from cooking many Dominican classics, I also love to play with fusion. I do so a lot with leftovers or just looking at a picture could spark a Latin twist on it for me. I call cooking my therapy and I would love for you to join me in one of those cooking therapy sessions because I promise, you will have a lot of fun with me in the kitchen.

I currently do Live cooking segments for Afternoon Live, a lifestyle show at Portland ABC affiliate, KATU. I have also worked with brands such as Panasonic, Walmart and others creating exclusive recipes, videos and cooking appearances.
