Chef Benjawan spent several years in France learning French cuisine from both professional cooking schools as well as from a “Cordon Bleu” chef. “Cordon Bleu” designates a person recognized by friends and family as a highly skilled, accomplished cook. This unusual background allows Chef Benjawan to create unique menus not normally found in California French restaurants. As we approach winter, this menu offers winter seasonal dishes.
