Flesh and Dough is a new dinner series dedicated to my passion for local ingredients, Southern culture and specialty meats. This meal encompasses the best of seasonal Pacific Northwest produce highlighted by some of my favorite meat preparations, including smoked neck bone broth and cured brisket.
