We are Shaina Loew and Bettina Banayan. After meeting at a pop up dinner a couple years ago, we started dating. Bettina was a cook at Bar Bolonat and Shaina the sous chef at Prune. During our time off, we traveled to Peru, Spain, Iceland, France, and most recently Vietnam and Thailand. On our trips, we've tried different regional dishes and ingredients that have influenced our own cooking styles. Now, we are excited to combine forces and collaborate on a dinner for the first time!
