Bill Clark

Bill Clark is the co-owner of Meme's Diner in Prospect Heights. An alum of the mission-oriented bakery Ovenly, Clark tackled first-time restaurant ownership with a spirit of collaboration and creativity, partnering with longtime friend and coworker Libby Willis. Clark handles much of the baking at MeMe’s, including Vietnamese iced coffee cakes and rhubarb chess pies, as well as front-of-house duties.
