Virginia-native Blair Wilson fell in love with cooking while working in various kitchens in his hometown. Chef Wilson soon decided to commit to the restaurant industry and enrolled in the Culinary Institute of America in New York. After graduating, he worked his way up in South Carolina, Colorado, New Orleans, and Miami. His support of local farms and artisans and mantra of serving “good, clean, approachable food” has set him apart as a rising chef in South Florida.
