Our Team:
Chef Nate
Born and raised in Santa Cruz California; Nate is heavily influenced by the deep artistic culture of his home town. Since childhood Nate has been constantly inspired by food, music, art and nature. At age 18, after attending college culinary courses in High School; Nate decided to pursue his passion for cooking. Starting at a local French/Provencal restaurant as a dishwasher, he worked his way up to chef. Next; Nate left to persue an education at The Culinary Institute Of America, and has worked for highly regarded chefs, such as David Kinch and Michael Mina.

Sommelier Jennifer Estevez
Jennifer Estevez is an advanced Sommelier Studying for her Master sommelier diploma, a yoga teacher and a black belt in Tae Kwon do.

Jennifer is Nate's right hand lady for slinging tasty beverage pairings at pop-up's and events as well as handling all the promotional marketing. She is a marketing wiz and owns her own company
