Please join me for an 8-course meal taking on a unique approach to Chinese American cuisine inspired by my heritage and cultural background. I want to shift the perception of Chinese cuisine commonly mired as cheap and casual, by integrating my western fine dining experience as well as growing up in California. This 8 course meal will bring the bounty of what California has to offer mixed with traditional Chinese flavors.
