Anju are Korean style "drinking snacks" During this pop-up of Anju Bar we will be serving three different flavors of Korean style twice fried chicken! Try it sweet and spicy, garlic soy or tossed in seaweed salt. We will also be serving a variety of pickles, fishcake soup and salad.

Small side dishes of kimchi and pickled vegetables
Pa Muchim
Shredded green salad with shaved onions, mung bean sprouts and sesame/soy vinaigrette.
Mandu Soup
Handmade dumplings & fishcakes in a light seafood broth with scallions, korean chili and garlic oil.
Korean Fried Chicken
Organic, locally sourced chicken. Brined, tossed in potato starch and fried twice for that extra crispy outer shell. Served in three different flavors, Sweet and Spicy, Garlic Soy, Seaweed salt. Served with pickled daikon, toasted sesame and scallions.
Barley Tea Custard
Barley tea infused custard with, barley pearls, pine nut brittle and kumquat.
