Chef Bruno is owner and Chef of the famous historic landmark, Anaheim White House Restaurant. He has cooked for celebrities and dignitaries from all over the world. Aside from being the Chef of an award-winning restaurant, Serato is a philanthropist, author, speaker and visionary. In 2005, Chef Bruno founded Caterina’s Club, a non-profit organization inspired by his mother, Caterina, that serves over 3,500 warm nutritional meals to underprivileged children every single night. His book, The Power of Pasta, is a part memoir, part cookbook, and, above all, a work of advocacy on behalf of children and families facing poverty and homelessness.
