I'm the owner and operator of Simmer, and we're developing a fast-casual restaurant concept in partnership with Mealmade. Our menu is centered around nourishing, whole food meals, with a focus on high-quality sourcing and natural ingredients.

After studying to become certified as a Holistic Nutrition Consultant, I left my prior career to help people lead healthier lives through food.

Our aspiration is to nourish the world through real food and conscious eating, which is why we focus on clean ingredients, quality sourcing, and communal dining. We take pride in showing guests that great-tasting food can be great for you, especially when enjoyed with good company!
