Caitlin O'Connor

Caitlin is the co-founder of Original Pattern Brewing Company. Caitlin first learned about beer quality and the role of beer in culture from her father, an Irish immigrant. With an appreciation of subtleties, Caitlin looks forward to pouring European-inspired as well as barrel-aged beers in the Original Pattern tasting room.
