Chef Cameron Dunlap is a Portland native whose food journey has taken him into the woods and over the mountains to find the most local, most fresh, and most wild ingredients. With a fine dining background, the food is meant to excite and transport you back to the wilderness. The inspiration for this dinner is the changing of the seasons. From the dark of winter and into the green of spring.
