Cam Hanin has been working in the restaurant industry for 14 years after transitioning from a fine arts background with experience in both New York City restaurants and Seattle. He was named a Rising Star Chef Seattle in 2015 through StarChefs. His experiences range from opening several new restaurants, menu development and on the job mentorship and training. He has also organized and contributed to a number of fundraising efforts in the Seattle area using food as a catalyst for change. His new venture is Guerilla Pizza Kitchen, @guerillapizzakitchen, a pizza pop up.
