Your host will message it to you so be on the lookout! --- Camille Shoemaker grew up in Denver, Colorado. After receiving her bachelors in Baking and Pastry and Food Service Management at Johnson and Wales, she moved to New York City to pursue her Masters in Food Studies at NYU, where she focused her studies on the history and gender dynamics of the beer industry. Most recently she moved to the mountains of Colorado and now works as a chef instructor and private chef but has worked recently as a brewer, bartender, and farmer. In this class, Camille will show you step by step how to compile, form and bake your own pizza dough!
