Les bons temps, French for "the good times," is inspired by both my memories of classic New Orleans cuisine and experiences cooking over campfire. Traditional Creole flavors are brought to the plate with a modern sensibility and ethic. Charred and smoked vegetables, local organic ingredients, decadent sauces, and an indulgent desert make this a truly unique Creole dinner.

Nola French Bread

New Orleans style French bread, homemade vegan butter, cultured cashew cheese
Seafood Mushroom Gumbo
Small Plate
Oyster, cremini, and king trumpet mushrooms cooked in a kombu dashi broth with the "holy trinity," thickened with grilled okra and flavored with local Creole spices.
Tempeh Bordelaise with Charred Jambalaya
Charred green garlic jambalaya with andouille tofu and shredded yuba, maple glazed tempeh, and a rich Bordelaise sauce.
Beignets and Coffee
Fluffy pillows of fried dough dusted in copious amounts of powdered sugar. Served with home roasted single origin coffee with chicory.
