. My recommendation is a poached farm egg with my organic bacon and a Hollandaise sauce with crushed herbs, but have it made your way. I have all sorts of vegetables, mushrooms, herbs, meats and seafood such as langostinos, caviar, oysters, or crab, and more
Home-made fresh mozzarella

. Yes I make it fresh from cows milk with citric acid and rennet. It's silky and still warm and you can dip it in oils and vinegars with tomatoes from my greenhouse (you are practically sitting next to it), and all the lettuce verietals I'm growing in the garden.
Stone brick oven breads and homemade charcuteries

. Sliced breads of different styles of recipes of my mom's. It includes white bread, a bread with seeds and whole grains, chiapattas and glutenfree bread. A variety of spreads like home-made butter and thinly sliced charcuterie. A variety of home-made pickled from my garden decorates and accentuates this dish.
Stonebrick oven bagels with ORA king salmon octet

. A salmon cured eight different ways and for you to explore. Some is also cold-smoked. I use seaweed, spices, citrus, and herbs. Enjoy this with warm bagels and home-made cream cheese.
French and Japanese friends (cooked and raw seafood selections)

. You know, les fruits de mer... like you get it at a French brasserie. There is different shellfish, crustaceans, and fish served on ice with a few sauces and citrus. But I'll also throw some sashimi on there. I buy the seafood from Aloha Seafood LLC on pier 46 in San Francisco at 4 in the morning the day of. It's sustainable seafood and FRESH.
