Caroline Partamian is a self-taught cook, inspired by her mother's Armenian and Lebanese dishes and love for the palette. First gaining her bearings as a cook for a cooperative of 60 at UC Berkeley, and hosting dinner parties for her friends in Oakland, California, Partamian understood the extent to which food can congregrate friends and ideas. Now, Partamian finds herself in New York post her graduate studies as the Assistant to the Director at the Eva Dean Dance company, a curator of exhibitions, and a musician for two Brooklyn-based bands. She finds that all her avenues of work and play have brought her limitless opportunities and stories.
