My name is Cathy B, and I offer a journey through recipes of vegetables from around the world, and the myriad of cooking techniques in which they can be accommodated to dress them up for a feast: cooked and raw, braised, roasted, steamed, stuffed, pickled, each more delighting than the other.
I was born and raised in Provence where vegetables are a way of life, so it was very natural for me to go back to this highly veggie-based diet.
This journey is not about vegetarian food, it is about transforming vegetable dishes into a piece of art.
