Chad was expertly trained in gastronomy at New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vermont, and graduated with distinction in the top 3% of his class. He has been an instructor at the Pensylvania School of Culinary arts, the Executive Chef at 6 restaurants including Whiskey Alley, which he owns. He is a Chef with 20 years of critically acclaimed work preparing delicious, contemporary dishes.
