Sequoia Sake specializes in small batch, fresh, unpasteurized, nama sake. Jake Myrick, founder and head brewmaster will guide you through the brewery to learn about the sake brewing process. This will be followed by New Orleans inspired bites from Second Line Chefs. *Sake will be available for purchase at the brewery* The following menu will be a representation of what you might expect to see, but based upon availability.
