A foodie at heart, having been to over 40+ countries and tasted flavors from the far north, south, east, and west, Chan Da Man knows what entices people. The next challenge he is looking for is making a new category all together that hasn't been done before called 'health fusion' foods. Food that is actually healthy but taste good without the added salts, spices, or sweetness. He bakes breads from scratch, home made sauces, and sources natural ingredients direct from farms, why? Because he lives right next to them and he knows many of the farmers. When other chefs bombard a dish with a balance of flavors and various ingredients, Chan does the opposite and tempts you with natural ingredients, healthy styles of cooking, and defies the common acceptance of food critics just for the challenge.
