I am passionately a foodie, and a classically trained chef, after graduating from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu College for the culinary arts, I made it my mission to go to the Amalfi Coast and study the most amazing Cucina Napolitana, bringing back the simplicity and flavors of Naples, Sorrento, and the whole South of Italy to my home in Los Angeles.
