I'm a born and raised DC area food lover who's been cooking professionally for the past almost 7 years. I've had the opportunity of working for hotels, restaurants, catering companies, entertainment venues, and government contractors in the food industry but cooking is best to me when it's personal.

As of July 2015, I'm the owner and chef behind Foodtellect Personal Chef Service. I love to cook, and I love creating a great experience for others with the food that I make. We need food to survive but what makes it great is that it can evoke and create memories, even if it's just a weeknight dinner.

The menus you see on here will be themed based on the season and whatever I currently fancy at the time. Feast on and eat well!
