Together we will explore the food science behind preparing and marinating ceviche and the process behind tortilla making. We also will be raising money for the Alight: Pedacito de la Tierra project, where they create sustainable spaces of hope and refuge for people on the journey of migration, beginning at the U.S. / Mexican border.
