BIO
Much of my love for cooking can be traced to the places that my family comes from. My father's side is from El Salvador, and my mother's side is from Puerto Rico. These two places and cultures greatly inform the various types of food that I love to cook (and eat!). I have completed the culinary program at Washburne Culinary Institute -- Kennedy King College, and in my spare time I enjoy trying places to eat with friends, reading, exploring the city, crossfit, and experimenting with recipes. Had I the resources, I would cook in different kitchens around the world every week. Current destinations include: Thailand, South Africa, Italy, Uruguay, Morocco and South Korea.
