When the bitter cold starts to set in, sometimes all it takes is a warming meal and good company to make you feel at home. This menu is inspired by all of the beautiful produce that comes with the winter season, and is meant to be a small sliver of comfort and warmth in spite of the frigid Chicago cold that we all know and "love".

Roasted Acorn Soup Bowl
Roasted acorn squash acts as a serving bowl for a smooth, spiced and warming ginger squash soup. Spices help to not only add flavor, they also warm the body and stimulate the appetite as well. Ingredients sourced from local vegetable and fruit markets.
Sweet and Savory Winter Greens
Organic spinach pairs with a fresh-made blood orange vinaigrette, maple-glazed dehydrated pepitas, grilled blood orange, miso-cured mushrooms and garlic cornbread croutons.
Vegan Winter Love
Caramelized onion galette pastry is topped with a red onion confiture and pickled arugula. A luxurious sweet potato puree is topped with roasted parsnip and asparagus as well as a side of both pickled and fried shallots.
Island Dreams Cheesecake
A dessert for the adults. Coconut sugar almond crust serves as the base for a smooth pumpkin rum cheesecake. Topped with candied almond and house-made coconut caramel.
