Executive Chef and Certified Sommelier and Wine Educator, specializing in restaurant rescue & upstarts by day, and mild mannered food lover and oenophile by night.

I enjoy traveling all over the world seeking out amazing and unique new food and wine pairings to be able to share with my clients, family, students, and friends.

I spend the better part of 3-4 months a year abroad, and in my travels have learned that no matter where you go in the world, even if you don't speak the native language of the land you are visiting, you can always make new friends and share in common bond during a meal.

My five favorite ingredients: Sea Salt, Truffles, Foie Gras, Chicken Stock, Fresh Lemon Juice.
