This menu is inspired by my Soul food heritage and the romance I have with comfort food, embodying everything I love. Feast with me and enjoy a trio of bruschetta, crab cakes, sweet potatoes with cornbread crumble, stewed chicken, cream puffs and more.

Bruschetta Trio
Appetizer
Grilled and sliced French bread served with a trio of Bruschetta toppings:
*Tomato, Basil and Sheeps cheese,
*Tomato, Cucumber and Dill,
Tomato, Zucchini and Squash.
Bite Size Crab Cakes
Appetizer
Oven roasted crab meat combined with red peppers and toasted bread crumbs.
Fava Bean Arugula Salad
Small Plate
Fresh mint adds spice to this salad, with the sweetness of golden raisins, the crunch of toasted pistachios and the creaminess of cheese.
Tossed in a Red wine vinaigrette.
Sweet Potatoes with a Cornbread Crumble
Entree
Buttery baked sweet potatoes that are cooked with our citrus brown sugar syrup.
Topped with a honey cornbread crumbles and a reduction of the citrus brown sugar syrup.

A mixture of Collard, Turnip and Mustard greens simmered with our custom blend of spices, onions, turnip roots, bacon and ham hocks.
Stewed Chicken

Pan fried chicken thighs stewed with caramelized onions, tomatoes, vegetables and our house blend of spices and balsamic vinegar.

Our fresh baked pate choux stuffed with some of our favorite dessert, topped with fresh whipped cream and dusted with powered sugar.
