You will learn how to make authentic German pretzels in this fun, hands-on livestreamed class just like in the other class offered. However in this class we dive in a bit deeper and focus more on the science behind the pretzels and you will learn how to make pretzels using lye and we go over more forming techniques and how to make 'special variety' pretzels. As in the other class, you can even follow-along from home and make some in real-time. Class is 60-75 minutes and you will learn how to make delicious German Soft Pretzels! From making the dough to forming various pretzel shapes, to dipping in an alkaline solution to baking and eating! Once you sign-up I will send you the ingredient and equipment list (both minimal) so you can get prepared and jump right in and start your dough when I do at 6pm July 23rd! I prefer teaching these classes in person but find that online is fun and beneficial too! This will be broadcast on YouTube live and afterwards you can still access it!!!
