Learn how to make authentic German soft pretzels in this fun hands-on class taught by Chef Squaby from Squabisch! Open to vaccinated participants only - this will be taught in my small home kitchen - NOT in a commercial kitchen. You will learn to make dough, roll pretzels and other shapes and dip in an alkaline solution and baking. Recipe used is from my German grandmother.
