You will learn how to make authentic German pretzels in this fun, hands-on livestreamed class, taught by Uli & Sabine from Squabisch! (As featured in ABC's Localish segment : https://abc7news.com/squabisch-bakery-best-pretzels-in-berkeley-unique-german-food/11594102/) Class is 60 minutes and you will learn how to make delicious German Soft Pretzels! From making the dough to forming various pretzel shapes, to dipping in an alkaline solution to baking and eating! You can even follow-along from home and make some in real-time. Once you sign-up I will send you the ingredient and equipment list (both minimal) as well as the Zoom login info so you can get prepared and jump right in and start your dough when I do! We also offer in-person classes so if you prefer that please look for those classes. (They are taught at Squabisch's bakery on SOLANO AVE in Berkeley.)
