We're bringing CFIW to Beantown for the first time ever and popping up at Tracy Chang's PAGU restaurant in Cambridge. Tracy is the queen of sustainability and we've gathered together 24 chefs from all over the nation that put their money where there mouth is as far as responsible sourcing.
13 of Boston's best chefs will be cooking alongside 11 out of town chefs over three nights of dinners on June 20th, June 21st, and June 23rd. All three nights feature 12 courses with wine included. Sunday, June 23rd features all 24 chefs collaborating 12 dishes using their time and experience in Boston as inspiration.
