We’re thrilled to join Cara Stadler, F&W Best New Chef, and owner of Lio Restaurant, Tao Yuan, and Bao Bao Dumpling House to bring CFIW to Portland, Maine in September. Between its galleries, working waterfront, world-class seafood, and insanely beautiful river and mountain views, we are confident this will be one of our best host cities yet to inspire the 24 participating chefs.
Each night's tasting menu will include a journey into the mind of each chef and the creative process that went into each of their dishes. They'll talk the finer points of cuisine, collaboration, and their experiences in Portland, many of them visiting for the first time. Each chef will mingle throughout the dining room answering questions and sharing their experience with each guest. Every night is different so feel free to join us all three nights!
