Antipasto Platter
We begin every meal as the Italians do with an antipasto platter full of housemade goodies including roasted and pickled vegetables, jams, spreads and pestos, cheese and bread.
Little Gems and Green Goddess
Small Plate
Little gems are individually dressed in an avocado based green goddess dressing and garnished with brown butter pumpkin seeds and pickled red onions.
Farfalle, Tomatoes and Corn
Small Plate
Housemade pasta dough is seasoned with smoked paprika, hand rolled and cut into little bowties. Tomatoes, corn and kale get seared a la minute with miso and wine and the pasta is finished with a dab of butter and fresh herbs. The ultimate end of summer dish..
Pork Shoulder Diavolo
Pork shoulder is rubbed with fennel, chili, paprika and cumin before it braises in red wine until tender. The pork is then served over corn and herb studded polenta and is garnished with chimichurri.
Peach and Ginger Crostata
Frog hollow peaches macerate in sugar and fresh ginger, then get baked in housemade pie dough and served with whipped mascarpone and caramel.
