Antipasto Platter
We begin every meal as the Italians do, with an antipasto platter full of roasted and pickled vegetables, spreads, pesto, housemade cheeses and bread
Butternut Squash Cappelletti
Small Plate
Housemade pasta dough stuffed with goat cheese and squash, served in a butternut squash brodo and garnished with fried sage
Braised Short Rib Risotto
Small Plate
5 spice rubbed short ribs braise in wine until fall off the bone tender, served on a bed of mushroom farro risotto and garnished with gorgonzola
Persimmon Crostata
Buttery pie dough is stuffed with macerated persimmons and ginger, baked to perfection and garnished with whipped mascarpone and miso caramel.
Squid Ink Chitarra
Small Plate
Squid ink seasoned pasta dough is handcut using a classic Italian method, tossed with nduja (a soft, meltable salami originating from Calabria) and clams and garnished with trout roe.
