Peas and Ricotta

Housemade ricotta served with snap peas, english peas, pickled carrots and pea shoots. Garnished with everything seasoning and served with bread.
Eggplant Fritti
Small Plate
Fried eggplant served with a miso aioli and garnished with arugula, shaved fennel and cherry tomatoes.
Beet Cavatelli
Little shell shape pasta tossed in a creamy beet sauce and garnished with goat cheese, dill and caraway
Pork and Peaches
Small Plate
Heavily spiced pork tenderloin roasted to perfection, served with corn custard, dandelion greens and peaches.
Strawberry Shortcake
Housemade shortcakes with balsamic strawberries, cream and basil.
