Housemade pasta dough stuffed with shrimp and nduja (a soft, meltable salami originating from Calabria), served in an corn brodo.
Ditalini and Peas

Little pasta tossed with peas, mascarpone, preserved lemon and pistachio
Artichoke and Fava Lasagna
Artichoke and fava beans are layered between pasta with housemade ricotta, béchamel and ramp pesto.
