ChiliCali & The Laksa Project (Chef Tracy) is a team of two chefs, Malaysian and Indonesian, introducing multi-culture flavors of their heritage to San Francisco.
This is a weekly pop-up at our commercial kitchen in the Mission District. The pop-up serves Laksa along with Indonesian Nasi Campur, which literally means "Mix Rice", it consists of multiple Indonesian dishes with rice in the center, and these dishes are based on seasonality.
The pop-up will also introduce rotating SE Asian chefs to give them a platform to introduce Nusantara food.
To order Tracy's Laksa, please choose "add-on" item.
