For tonight, I am going to highlight dishes that are inspired by the way Balinese combine and balance spices in their cuisine. These dishes are made rich by the heavy use of Indonesian herbs and spices, traditionally eaten during ceremonies that punctuate life on the Indonesian island. BYOB. SHARED PLATES, FAMILY STYLE
