Indonesian cuisine has a large variety of vegetarian dishes to offer. For this menu, I'll be serving my personal favorites, such as spicy-charred eggplant and egg & jackfruit curry.
These dishes are comforting and commonly found in many Indonesian street food vendors across the archipelago.
