BIO

I'm a private chef and avid home cook. I grew up with a dad who had a serious passion for food, cooking, tasting and feeding that always inspired me. I always loved that he had his own catering business called Dostoyevsky Caterers before I was born. I started cooking for my friends in college and since I graduated, I have been working as a chef.

I'm at the farmer's market at least twice a week. I cook what is in season, working mostly with veggies! I make comfort food that is healthy, flavorful and often Mediterranean influenced.
