I am excited to teach you how to cook a fun and fabulous NYC steakhouse dinner. The best part is almost everything will be cooked on a sheet pan for easy clean up. First, we will learn how to make a perfectly cooked juicy steak rubbed in smoky chili seasoning. Along the way you will learn some fun hacks and techniques to make this perfect every time. Also, the perfect steak needs a fabulous potato side. Next, we will make crispy parmesan potatoes. They are crunchy on the outside and fluffy buttery on the inside. Finally, we will cheer with a bubbly Beer Aperol Spritz. Replacing the Prosecco with Beer makes this a nutty bubbly refreshing cocktail. I am super excited to cook with you and to cheers to an amazing meal.
